Steveston South Real Estate & Homes For Sale
Just east of Steveston Village is a gorgeous little coastal community nestled along the Steveston Harbour that was once filled with primarily commercial establishments. Today, that area is known as Steveston South, a neighbourhood offering up stunning luxury townhomes and condos, as well as a few single-family homes. Steveston South is just below Moncton Street and although most of the neighbourhood is east of Number 2 Road, a newer Steveston South neighbourhood built along London Road is located on the east side of Number 2 Road. The area is absolutely beautiful, with most homes enjoying breathtaking views of the river, and residents within minutes of all the amenities Richmond has to offer. Even with those conveniences nearby, Steveston South (like the rest of Steveston) retains a laid-back, coastal, vintage vibe that makes it feel as if it's totally separate from the rest of the city.
