Seafair Real Estate & Homes For Sale
Seafair is an affluent neighbourhood situated along the western coast of Richmond's LuLu Island, sandwiched between the northern Thompson community and the southern Steveston community. Although Richmond's population is rising steadily, the population within the Seafair area has risen only slightly in the last several years. This is great news for residents who don't want to be crowded, and with already lofty property values in the neighbourhood, it's not likely that a hefty jump in population would affect that front significantly.
