About 47% of residents possess a college or university diploma or degree, higher than the township's average of 40%. Throughout the Township of Langley, industries of all sorts thrive. Shopping/Dining

For a smaller neighbourhood, Fort Langley boasts a variety of options when it comes to shopping and dining. The majority of shops and restaurants are located along Glover Road, between St. Andrews and the Bedford Channel Bridge. Hungry residents love to stop in at Jim's Pizzeria for casual dining on delicious pizzas, or visit the Lampliter Gallery Cafe for upscale dining in a beautiful and sophisticated atmosphere. A local favourite is The Fort Pub, where visitors can get delicious and casual pub fare like burgers and beer, and enjoy dining on the outdoor patio.

While there are a variety of boutiques and shops (especially antique shops) along Glover Road, those who want to do some more serious shopping can take Glover Road 88th Avenue and head west, where they will find a host of shopping options. Popular retailers offering trendy clothing, accessories, home decor items and more are available along 88th Avenue near the Trans-Canada Highway.
