The shopping centre also provides medical and dental services. Two other shopping centers, Lougheed Town Centre and Coquitlam Centre Shopping Mall are only 15 minutes away from Central Coquitlam.

Just like its competitors in British Columbia, Real Estate here is mostly duplexes and single family homes with just a handful of apartments and townhouses. Apartment prices range from $169,900 for single bedroom apartments to $249,000 for two bedroom apartments. Townhouses prices range from $ 409,000 to $ 430,000.  Average house prices here range from $749,000.
