Whalley is a town center of Surrey, British .Columbia, which is the 12th largest city in Canada. Whalley is a well-known commercial center of the city. With the exception of Newton, this center has the highest population density of all of Surrey’s city centers. Whalley can be accessed by taking the King George Highway nine miles north, and it is also about six miles north from the US/Canada Peace Arch and border crossing in Blaine. Whalley is also located along the Fraser River, which serves as its northern boundary.
