The Schools of Upper Lonsdale
The official school boundaries are separated along Lonsdale Ave north of the Trans-Canada Highway, meaning that each resident's local primary school will depend on which side of the street they live on. Those living south of E 29th St will have Larson Elementary School as their official school from K-7, while those living north of 29th will have one of two other schools. People with a home on the west side will be designated Braemar Elementary School and those who reside on the east side will be assigned Carisbrooke Elementary School as their local primary. Catholic students have the Holy Trinity School in the community to attend.
