The Cawston Primary School, Similkameen Elementary Secondary School and School District No 53 (Okanagan Similkameen) are a stone’s throw away from the village center. Kelowna is also about two hours’ drive from Keremeos, and there are numerous colleges in the city.

Transport
The South Okanagan-Similkameen Transit System serves Keremeos on Route 50 three times a week. Residents can use the bus or drive their way to work and school. For air travel, you will need to go to Kelowna International Airport.
