Fraser Heights Real Estate & Homes For Sale

A neighbourhood in Surrey’s town centre of Guildford, Fraser Heights is a picturesque and wooded locality. One of the more “suburban-like” geographies of Surrey, this neighbourhood is much-loved for its access to nature and freedom from the glaring lights and sounds of the rest of Surrey.

Bound by Highway 15 to the East, Fraser River to the North and Highway 1 to the South, Fraser Heights has a very distinct natural boundary that separates it from the rest of the neighbourhoods in Guildford. Another feature that makes Fraser Heights unique – its proximity to the Coquitlam mountain. Almost all homes in this locality look out towards the mountain.

Just like the rest of Surrey, Fraser Heights too is ethnically diverse, with there being a mix of Europeans, South Asians, South-East Asians and Canadians here. Fraser Heights is one of the low-population areas of Surrey, with an estimated 25,000 people living here. This smaller population makes the neighbourhood more intimate and friendly. There is a very vibrant sense of community here. Fraser Heights is also a very young place. According to the 2006 census, the neighbourhood had the highest percentage of teenagers in all of Surrey.

The residents of Fraser Heights mostly come from upper-class families.
