Port Kells is a neighborhood within Surrey, British Columbia in Canada. It is located in the northeastern most portion of the city, and is located next to the Fraser River. It is also located west of Langley's Walnut Grove neighborhood. Port Kells was founded in 1889, but it did not become a major industrial and commercial area until the 1970s after the Trans-Canada Highway was constructed through the township.
