Willoughby Heights is a beautiful and bustling neighbourhood on the west side of the Langley Township, nestled between the Trans-Canada Highway (to the north) and Fraser Highway (to the south). This neighbourhood is one of the more developed ones in the township; it features a blend of single-family homes, townhouses, condos and apartments. Houses tend to be very modestly priced. There are, however, still some very lavish homes in the neighbourhood with as many as 8 bedrooms and priced over $1,000,000.

The area has a population of 7,567, and the largest percentage of those people (37%) are between the ages of 20 and 44. The neighbourhood is youthful and vibrant, and 79% of the population own their homes. This is the perfect neighbourhood for young professionals and families, and because homes are still available at discounted prices, it draws in a lot of investors as well.

Although there are no huge galleries located in the Langley Township, it's not indicative of the love of art within each community. Artistic schools are available in abundance, from dance and ballet schools to music schools, live theatre schools and more. The Langley Fine Arts School teaches a variety of courses and classes and The Fort Gallery is a wonderful place to check out historical and cultural art revolving around Fort Langley. Those who want to gain a little historical knowledge can always visit the Langley Centennial Museum or the Canada Museum of Flight. Also, with super short commute times, it's easy to check out the amazing art scene throughout the surrounding cities as well.

The Langley Township is a natural beauty when it comes to outdoor spaces. Stunning views, natural trails and dykes, and plenty of green space make it the perfect place for outdoor recreation.
