Otter District Real Estate & Homes For Sale

Located in the beautiful Langley Township is the Otter District neighborhood, situated southeast of Langley Center and west of Aldergrove, below Fraser Highway. A beautiful community featuring mostly single-family homes that are a blend between fairly modest and quite lavish, Otter District draws in people who desire the rural feel but also want to be close to amenities. The homes in this area tend to be further apart, creating a feeling of privacy, and with large yards and large lot sizes, families and individuals have plenty of room to enjoy their little slice of the township.

Although the area is more "rural" than some of the other neighborhoods of the Langley Township, individuals are actually just minutes away from outstanding shopping, dining and recreation options. As the Langley Township continues to grow (and it is one of the fastest growing areas in British Columbia), the demand for housing will also grow. This drives up property values, making the Otter District attractive to investors as well as families who may want to consider selling at a later date for profit.
