Mountain Meadows is a newer, gorgeous neighbourhood located in Port Moody, just north of the Eagle Ridge Hospital and south of David Avenue. Most of the neighbourhood is residential, offering primarily detached homes but some townhouses and multi-family housing. It's one of the most sought after neighbourhoods on the North Shore and draws in mostly families with children who are of school-age. The area is hilly, and offers beautiful mountain views, as well as plenty of secluded forest areas. The homes in the Mountain Meadows area are primarily newer homes, most having been built within the past 45 years. The growth within Port Moody has increased the value of the various neighbourhoods, including Mountain Meadows.
