The community is served by the Kaleden Elementary School that offers quality education from kindergarten through to Grade 5.
Downtown Penticton is about eight miles from Kaleden, where a large number of healthcare facilities are accessible. The Penticton Regional Hospital, Summerland Health Centre and South Okanagan General Hospital are some of the easily accessible hospitals from Kaleden.
Kaleden is well-connected to Penticton and other parts of British Columbia through the British Columbia transit system. Route 40 of South Okanagan-Similkameen Transit system also services the Kaleden community.
