Cottonwood is a charming neighbourhood in the coastal city of Maple Ridge. Offering up a blend of single-family homes (both older and newer), and multi-family housing options, Cottonwood attracts families as well as young professionals who commute to nearby cities to work. Bordered by Dewdney Trunk Road in the north, Kanaka Creed Road and Kanaka Way in the south, 232nd Street in the west and 240th Street in the east, Cottonwood is just minutes from downtown Maple Ridge, and offers excellent options for recreation, dining, and shopping.

Cottonwood meets all the criteria for a wonderful neighbourhood, and also offers affordable housing options.
