Coal Harbour, BC describes the name given to a section of Burrard inlet which lies between Stanley Parks’ Brockton Peninsula, Vancouver and downtown peninsula of Canada. It also possessed the name of the neighborhood adjacent to the southern seashore, which was upgraded to a high-scale condo district in the mid 1990s. Since then, the neighborhood has been rapidly growing, offering an array of real estate options for discerning buyers. It offers access to social amenities for buyer’s convenience and of course hassle free living, making Coal Harbour condos for sale well sought after and difficult to find.
Coal Harbour is comprised of three neighborhoods; Bayshore garden on the right, triangle west which stretches north from south and east to west from the Bute street to Cardero street. This place is bounded by Stanley Park to the north, financial district to the south and Deadman’s land to the east. Discovery of coal in 1862 inspired the name “Coal Harbour”. Within the place is a float of gas stations for marine vessels.
