It is bordered to the north by Fraser River, Whalley and Guildford neighborhoods to the south, Fraser Heights to the west and Brighview to the east. It has a population of approximately 35, 326 people. The average household income here is $53, 396 while the average property price is $318, 743.
For the past ten years, Bolivar Heights, Fraser Heights, Guildford, Brighview and Whalley have experienced unprecedented growth. Several people from different parts of the country and around the world particularly Asia chose to settle in Surrey, thanks to the affordable housing opportunities it offers.
